History[]
One of the Adventurers hired to keep people away from the latrine pits. He and Ryoma bond over their love of research.
Later he comes to Ryoma's laundromat to inform him of the grell frog outbreak and limour birds, though he initially gets distracted for a while when he encounters his old friend Caulkin there. In the novels when the beastkin adventurers inquire about Ryoma's work clothes and rush off to make sure they get some, when Ryoma wonders why he wasn't going, Leipin tells him he's used to stenches due to his monster research and that he'll be using magic to capture the grell frogs. In the anime he does buy the clothes and is later seen clumsily trying to catch grell frogs with a net.
When treant lumber is requested for building the arena for the new town district being built next to Gimul he is one of the people recruited due to his strong space magic.
Abilities[]
Pickup - A space magic spell that can bring an object within the caster's line of sight closer. It is difficult to aim but good for capturing certain opponents unharmed.
